For example, with type 18650 batteries, in series-parallel connection, the voltage of each battery should be kept in absolute consistency.If the voltage of the cores is inconsistent, the short plate effect will appear.In order to reduce costs, many whole-vehicle enterprises often make choices about chargers; those small lithium-ion battery enterprises also make mistakes on the protective plates and cores. The result is obvious that the capacity of lithium-ion batteries can no longer guarantee the mileage of lithium-ion bicycles when the lithium-ion batteries are not in use within the stipulated warranty period.            It is reported that at present, the highest repairing rate of lithium batteries for electric vehicles in China is about 13%, and the lowest is about 5%.Now many lithium-ion battery enterprises for electric bicycles operate at the profit and loss point basically. Battery enterprises have almost no net profit because of excessive capacity, and large-scale enterprises fight to the death in price.            Although the prospects of lithium-ion bicycles are good, the quality of lithium-ion bicycles can not be improved. If the lithium-ion bicycles can not be replaced and maintained as easily as lead-acid batteries after sale, it may enter the bottleneck of development.
