According to customs data, China's exports of lithium hydroxide reached 5,494 tons in November, a decrease of about 30% from the previous month and 64% year-on-year. Among them, exports to South Korea and Japan were 3,609 tons and 1,615 tons, accounting for 66% and 29% of China's total exports. The average export price of lithium hydroxide in China in November was US$ 12,726 per ton, up by 1% month-on-month and down by 66% year-on.
In addition, in November, China imported 1,214 tons of lithium hydroxide, up 147% month-on-month, of which 976 tons were imported from Australia, accounting for 80%.
